Your band. Your data. Your history.

For the WHOOP 4.0 or 5.0 band you own.

Levend is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WHOOP, Inc. WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc.

In private beta on iPhone.

Our mission

We want to help people improve their health through a simple loop: measure, understand, adjust, and measure again. Levend turns what your band records into a few clear numbers, explains where they come from, and keeps your history so you can see what changes over time.

What you see each day

Three scores lead the first screen. Mostly they compare you with your own nights and days, not with other people.

Illustration with sample numbers, not a real person's data.

Sleep

How long you slept last night, and how close your sleep and wake-up times were to your usual ones.

Readiness

How last night's heart rate variability and heart rate while asleep compare with your own recent nights.

Load

How hard your heart has worked over your day, counted above your own quiet, awake heart rate.

Your data, your choice

The details are in the privacy notice and the data retention page.

Your history goes with you

A new iPhone. With cloud history, sign in on the new iPhone and your saved history comes back. For a 4.0 or 5.0 band, sign in before you pair it, so Levend recognises it and keeps what it recorded since its last sync.

A new band. Readiness, the timing part of your Sleep score and your heart rate zones carry on from the nights you wore your earlier band, so they work from the first night on the new one.

Without cloud history, your history stays on the iPhone it was recorded on, and in any export you make.

Scores you can trace

Levend calculates its own scores with its own formulas, and writes down how they work. Every score records the version of the formula that made it, and formula changes normally get a new version, so the days you already finished are not silently rewritten.

When the band did not record enough, you see a gap or no score, never a made-up number or a zero.

These are estimates for your own insight, not medical readings.

How it works

Calm by design

Levend should still be useful if you only glance at it now and then. There are no streaks to keep up. Reminders are off until you turn them on, and logging meals or habits is up to you.

Questions

Is it free?

Levend is free during the beta.

Do I need an account?

No. You only need one, through Sign in with Apple, if you want cloud history.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone. If you choose cloud history, also in your Levend account, stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Sync diagnostics (no measurements) and, during the beta, sleep data you share for testing are stored there too, only if you turn them on. The privacy notice has the details, including who processes them.

Can I go back to the band's own app?

Yes. Data Levend has already collected from the band, or skipped because the band recorded it before pairing, may not reach that app. To keep your Levend history, export it first from Data & Privacy in the app. Then choose Forget this band in Levend, or delete the app, so Levend no longer connects to the band.

Is it medical?

No. Levend is for personal wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. If something about your health worries you, talk to a doctor rather than to a score.
